Preparing the work
Make sure your work file is ready for publication in its final form, free of editorial and linguistic errors, and well-formatted (PDF or Word format).
Preparing a cover letter
Attach a brief cover letter explaining your book idea, why you think your book is a good fit for Mindots Publishing, and a brief biography of you as an author.
Submit work
You can submit your portfolio and cover letter via our application portal or via email [Mulhem.hamdan@gmail.com].
What happens after submitting the work?
When we receive your book, it is carefully reviewed by our expert reading committee. Our goal is to ensure that the content of your book is in line with our editorial vision and standards. We will notify you within 30 days if your work is suitable for publication.
Your book should reflect creativity, originality, and narrative power, and align with our editorial vision. We welcome works that offer fresh perspectives and inspire ideas.
If your book is approved, we go straight to digital publishing across major platforms, giving you access to a global audience of readers.
Publishing Policy with Mindots Middle East Publishing and Distribution
To ensure transparency of the process and provide a seamless experience for authors, we offer a clear and professional publishing policy that is in line with the best global publishing standards.
Copyrights
The author retains all publishing and intellectual property rights to his works.
Mindots Publishing grants non-exclusive rights to distribute the book digitally
Formats and Distribution
Digital publishing first: All accepted works are published in digital format on major platforms such as (Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, Google Play, etc.).
Paper publishing (optional): If the book is successful in digital format, we offer the option of an initial printing of 100 copies. If these copies are successful, we move on to printing an additional 500 copies with the possibility of participating in Arab and international book fairs.
Workshops and literary participation
We offer special workshops for new and aspiring writers, to help them improve their literary skills and connect with our literary community.
Authors are invited to join book signings and community discussions, giving them the opportunity to enhance their literary presence.
Copyright and Royalties
The author gets 50% of the net profits from digital copy sales.
For paper copies, the author gets 40% of the net profits after deducting printing costs.
The author gets 10 free copies of his printed book.
The author's royalties and royalties vary depending on the package chosen by the author
Editing process
After approval, the work undergoes a basic proofreading process. Major modifications or additional designs can be requested optionally upon prior agreement.
Marketing and Promotion
We provide basic promotional support for all digital releases through social media, our website, and newsletters. Authors are welcome to participate in promotional efforts to increase the visibility of their books.
Transparency and reporting
Authors are provided with monthly reports on book sales and earnings.
Royals are paid quarterly via bank transfer or PayPal.
